The Importance of Energetically Strengthening the Body Cavities

By Dr. Kam Yuen

General body structure is important to overall fitness, but there are other things within the body that are important as well. You also want to make sure all the empty cavities would be strong. If there are weaknesses, you would find them using your intuition and strengthen them with extra thought energy, or corrections.

In the mouth, for example, you have an oral cavity, and that cavity has to be supported by other cavities in the body. There are many body cavities: the cranial cavity, the nasal cavities, the chest cavity, the abdominal cavity, and all the organ cavities-such as the lungs, bladder, gall bladder and stomach.

All the body cavities have to be strong and support each other. Each cavity has to have energy within itself, so it would maintain its structure in relation to the external pressure pushing into that structure.

When there is weakness on the inside of the empty cavities, even though it's thought of as empty, an energetic correction should be made so that there is energy pushing back out.

Of course the internal surface of each cavity pushes out as well, so the internal surface of the cavities should also be strong in order to maintain a structural soundness. This way a body cavity is not going to collapse from the pressure or the air pressure, or any pressure coming from the outside.

The oral cavity can have other weaknesses too. For example, you also want to look at the back of your throat to make sure that you are not accumulating cellular waste products and dead cells that would cause some kind of stagnation that would result in inflammation or infection. Many adults no longer have their tonsils, or their adenoids. This surgical procedure called a tonsillectomy was considered to be state of the art only a generation ago.

By using your intuition, however, you can actually resolve the stagnation that leads to congestion that leads to blockages that leads to inflammation and infections and infestations in yourself and others.

The infection process begins with stagnation. But it is a negative process that you can actually get into and change-change the entire process with corrections or thought energy.

Once again, a correction is some extra thought energy—lasting a second, or even less than a second. If you find a weakness in one of your body cavities, thought energy can be directed to your midline. If you find a weakness in someone else's body cavity, you can direct thought energy at that midline, the midline being an imaginary line down the center of the body. Just think of the body as two-dimensional to make it simple.

Once again, when you intuitively find a weakness in any body cavity, or any part of the body for that matter, you can strengthen that weakness by putting some extra thought energy on the midline. After you are experienced in this method, the correction will become almost instantaneous.
