Adam has over 26 years of experience studying and applying methods learned from the Ontological Nuclei Association and David Daniels.

  • Reiki Master-Teacher training completed July 2012.
  • Yuen Method advanced practitioner, completed levels I, II, and III in 2009 and 2010.
  • Initiated into Sufi Healing Order by Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan in 1988.

Practical application of Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais Method.

Over 7 years experience practicing and studying Iyengar Yoga.  30+ years experience in mixed martial arts, including Okinawan Karate (Goju Ryu), Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Judo, and T'ai Chi Ch'uan.

I have had the pleasure and honor to study under numerous teachers and masters, including: David Daniels, Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan, Joy Doherty (Yoga), Dr. Kam Yuen (Yuen Method), Beverly Jean Farris (Reiki I/II/III), Bradford Louie (T'ai Chi Ch'uan & Wing Chun), Benjamin Lo (T'ai Chi Ch'uan), Dr. Meei Meei Soong, Dr. David Silva, Miranda Powell (Reiki III/Master-Teacher), Christina Fisher and Life itself. 

I have extensive experience as an Information Technology manager, writer, and editor.
