- Reiki Master Therapist certification completed September 2010.
- Yuen Method advanced practitioner, completed levels I, II, and III.
- Initiated into Sufi Healing Order by Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan in 1988.
Practical application of Alexander Technique and Feldenkrais Method.
Over 7 years experience practicing and studying Iyengar Yoga. 30+ years experience in mixed martial arts, including Okinawan Karate (Goju Ryu), Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, Judo, and T'ai Chi Ch'uan.
I have had the pleasure and honor to study under numerous teachers and masters, including: David Daniels, Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan, Joy Doherty (Yoga), Dr. Kam Yuen (Yuen Method), Beverly Jean Farris (Reiki), Bradford Louie (T'ai Chi Ch'uan & Wing Chun), Benjamin Lo (T'ai Chi Ch'uan), Dr. Meei Meei Soong, and Life itself.
